there is a bug if you quit Seccia when it's minimized
if you can't run it again because the main window is blocked at start, then follow these steps:
1. close Seccia (via Task Manager... end process) or restart Windows
2. run "regedit.exe"
3. locate "HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Sylvain Seccia\Seccia\0.1"
4. remove "Window"
